Who We Are

The Performance Psychology Group (PPG) is collection of highly qualified professionals who are passionate in helping performers in business, sport, and the performing arts achieve peak performances more often and with greater consistency. The professionals at PPG hold advanced degrees in the areas of Sport and Organizational Psychology and are able to use their many years of experience to identify and measure the traits and environmental factors that underlie performance excellence. Once these key factors have been identified, strategies for acquiring and developing them are undertaken to enhance future performances.

What We Do

The goal of the Performance Psychology Group (PPG) is to identify, measure, and develop the abilities, skills, and attributes needed for an individual or group to perform at their very best. Whether the individual is an athlete training for the Olympic Games, an actor getting ready for a new play, or a business owner motivating staff in their pursuit to increase market share, all have mental demands placed upon them to perform. Regardless of the performance domain, the Performance Psychology Group believes that there are several critical elements/stages to promoting individuals into exceptional performers.
